Bayani Arnis is a system rooted in the fighting arts of the Philippines. Created by Guro Mike Pana, the art focuses on the use of impact weapons (Single Stick, Double Stick, Baton, and Staff) as well as Empty Hand Self-Defense techniques focusing on the Filipino approaches to Boxing, Kicking, and Grappling.
